The Name Behind Luth-AR

What’s in a name? The Luth name is synonymous with Experience, Expertise, Knowledge, Innovation, and has been a driving force in the firearm industry for close to 40 years. Starting as a machinist 40 years ago Randy Luth founded D.P.M.S. / Panther Arms and grew the company to become one of the leading manufacturers of AR-15 firearms and firearm components in the world.

Randy led D.P.M.S. from it’s founding in 1986 until the company was sold in 2007. Holding 7 patents and numerous industry leading innovations, the Luth name has earned the respect of the entire firearm industry and is regarded as one of the driving forces behind the growth and popularity of the AR-15 market.

Although known for high-quality, affordable complete AR-15 firearms, accessories and components for the retail market, less known is the fact that under Randy’s leadership D.P.M.S. manufactured and supplied components for the entire AR-15/M-16 industry. Many competing brands contained Luth components.

Randy’s constant drive to innovate has lead the industry being the first to develop, design and manufacture dozens of firearms, components and manufacturing processes that are commonplace throughout the industry today.

Item Availability Status

When shopping for LUTH-AR LLC products with us, you will notice different availability statuses for our items. Each status indicates the current availability and ordering options for that goods. Here is what each level represents:

Available

product marked as "Available" mean that these LUTH-AR LLC items are in stock in the local warehouse (Australia) and are ready for immediate shipment. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped the same day or the next working day.

Available Allow 21 Days

Items marked as "Available (Allow 21 Days)" mean that these LUTH-AR LLC items are currently in stock at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and are shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately. This entire process will take approximately 21 days.

Backorder Only

LUTH-AR LLC products marked as "Backorder Only" mean that these products are currently not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and the local warehouse in Australia. luckily it is available on backorder, which means it will be available at the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) soon. but we are unable to provide the exact availability date of the goods.

In this case, we offer two options.

1. Place an Order

if you want, you can place an order. Once the product becomes available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA), orders will be shipped from there to our local warehouse in Australia. Once they arrive, the goods will be shipped to your shipping address immediately.

2. Use Notify Me Option

Wherever you see an item status as "Backorder Only", you will see a "Notify Me" button next to that status. You can sign up to receive notifications by email through the Notify Me form. Once the product becomes available, we will inform you so that you can easily place an order.

Out of Stock, No Backorder

Items marked as "Out of Stock, No Backorder" mean that these LUTH-AR LLC products are currently unavailable for purchase. This indicates that these products are not available in the Brownells Grinnell IOWA warehouse (USA) and our local warehouse in Australia.

In this case, you can use a "Notify Me" option.
